sony dcr trv245e Camcorder

I have a sony dcr trv245e, It must be about 5-6 years old. Have tried
to copy the movies recorded from tape to pc and then burn to dvd, problem is that I get picture but no sound. I have tried everything. Any suggestions greatly received. Thanks I have installed imagemixer 1.5

Where do you lose the sound? i.e. when you record to the PC, is the sound still there and then gets lost on the DVD? You first need to diagnose the point of failure.

Also, if you have a playback function on your camcorder, check it to make sure that sound is being recorded in the first place!
