Anyone know that if you use the same solicitor that you used for buying your house to follow up a query/problem with the house after a certain period after moving in(6 months) will you be charged?? And if so how much to get a letter written by the solicitor?The solicitor in question(mine) is writing up a letter to the builders solicitor to resolve some house issues that the former builders who were onsite have told me "Tough luck" or "too late now" when i asked if the issues i had could be fixed/
