If you have a credit union a/c you can contact a company called homeBuy/Home sell 1850499999 and they'll assign a flat rate fee solr. to you ie, a solicitor who charges a flat rate of E999 plus VAT-A good deal imho.
We are currently selling and using the Homebuy/Homesell solicitor, the nearest to Galway is in Ennis and all contact so far by is by phone/e mail. He is very busy but we are finding him very good as we have run into a lot more problems than we expected.
I second that, so far, on the Ennis based guy with the English accent..........and amazingly plain English, for a solicitor.........if you know what I mean.
