If you have a good case, then any solicitor will take on your cause. If you have a speclative case, then they will be relucant given the costs involved. Phone some solicitor that you know, perhaps the one who dealt wiht your conveyancing first day for an initial chat. Faling that, have a llok at the golden pages and read the ads.
thanks for that. Its a problem with an extension we have - builder thinks he is a qualified plumber, the water from the shower is going down into the ground rather than into the sewer
Sounds fimiliar .... I know a friends family who that happened to. I'll find out the name of him & pm you (can u pm me with your name too!) as the problem was only found when they discovered rats in their house. Both the shower&toilet of the new guest ensuite were going into the ground!!! Needless to say it wasn't pretty!
