Does anyone know of a solicitor around the Dublin area that specialises in foreign property purchasing?
My OH's mother began the process of buying 2 apartments in Bulgaria almost 3 years ago, no sign of completion, dates just keep getting pushed back. She handed over money without seeking any legal advice and doesnt know what to do.
She is hoping to cancel one apartment and use that deposit towards the other apartment. AFAIK no contracts have been signed yet. She really needs a solicitor to get involved in this because she is too nervous to tell them she is pulling out to try and get a response out of them
