I had a bid accepted on a house last week and have instructed a solicitor I found through *****************.ie. Quote was by far the lowest I could find at €750 + VAT + outlay. Should end up costing €1567 all in (I hope !). Price may depend on house price.
Dealings with them so far have been fine and straightforward.
Worth also checking with your union (if you're in one), my union recommended one that charges €950 + vat + outlay. Homebuyhomesell also quoted a similar price.
