Hi,
Just wondering what are the solicitor fees for moving a mortgage from one bank to another. I am coming off a fixed rate (bad call for last 3 years) and want to fix it again for 3 years. I am currently with NIB and their fixed rates are quite high, so I want to move. Luckely for me the mortgage LTV is good and someone might take me, but I need to factor in the Solicitor fees. Any ideas?
I did search and found loads of info on fees fot buying/selling a house, but not on moving a mortgage.
