solicitor/engineer West cork

hi there

I am looking at going sale agreed in the next week or so for a site in the west cork region.

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor, engineer and architect in the west cork area?

Should I look for an architect that can do the job of an enginner to? is this possible? I guess the bank will want sign off from an engineer anyway for the site funding
