Solicitor and structural survey recommendations Wexford

Hi,

We have had an offer accepted on a house, got our mortgage approved today also. So now we need to find a solicitor, and would really appreciate any recommendations for a solicitor in Wexford.

We also need to get a structural survey done, and again would appreciate any recommendations. We want to get a detailed survey done as the house was built around 5 years ago, and needs some work before it will be finished.
