Sole Trader to Ltd Co.

I'm not sure if this topic has been covered already and I'm sure it has.

I am currently trading as a sole trader called "abc & associates". I am trading under this name.
Can I set up a Limited Co. called newco Limited and t/a abc & associates"?

I am wondering if this is possible?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
