Oha! Thats a book covering course for the illiterates. No heating systems covered, for every one with some years of experience with heating systems etc....is the multianual experience of lightening a cigarette enough? I suppose so. And financed by the hard working EU net payers, like Germany and Austria, who have managed without subsidies a litteracy rate of over 90% ,and are now financing the unemployment of their own master plumbers and heating engineers. Real plumbers, not yust plumbers "by experience"......
A half day of of on-the-job experience is included in these courses, Jeassus, it reminds me of the driving teacher ads in the Irish press " clean driving licence needed to become driving tutor trainer, nothing else" .......
No wonder the EU constitution has no chance.The majority is fed up with idiots-to-the-wheels courses like this one. Sorry for the rant.
