...last year Dublin City Council launched this plan to rejuvinate the Liberties and make it a Dublin SoHo, with lots of trendy art galleries, coffee shops etc, as well as having a family friendly environment. I was wondering what you think about this? Is it going to take off? and more importantly, is it a good investment to buy a home in this area?
