i have just carried out my snag on my new house and have just faxed it to the builder.Should i provide a copy of the snag list to my solicitor and the estate agent aswell??

Its always a good idea for your solicitor to have a copy of your snag list, that way if they are getting calls from the builders solicitor hassling them to close the sale, the solicitor will have a better understanding of where things stand.
