Am looking for someone to do a snag list on a 2 bedroomed apartment in Kilmainham area what should it cost appros

I used Thorntons Surveyors for a 2 bedroom house in Kilmainham and found them to be very thorough. The cost was 240 plus Vat. (€290) Tel:8850400

Many thanks for info. Have a deposit paid on apartment and it is to be ready in June, I assume that I can not get apartment snagged until they builder says apart is ready. At the moment I have no idea size of rooms etc as I bought it from the plans last april.

€250 is perfectly correct for a two bed apartment.
