Snag list Midleton

we are in the process of buying an affordable house in Midleton, Co Cork and were advise to have a snag list done. Does anyone know an engineer in Midleton area that could do it? Anyone knows the costs?

I used Niall Leahy in Midleton - his name was recommended on one of these forums. Price was right and no complaints. I think you can get him with a google search.

thanks all. I got someone to do the snag list last week (was recommended)... the list is long... will anyone know if the county council takes long to fix issues? i've heard that they are reluctant in fixing small issues, but will do it for big ones... now what is a small issue and what is a big one... all the doors in the house are not closing, some windows get stuck and lots of cracks in every rooms...
