Could anyone recommend a decent guy to do snag list for a new 3 bed house in Dublin-15 area?
I would appreciate if you could share your experiences with the snag list guy and how much it costs for 3 bed house.
I know self recomendation is usually no recomendation, but the company I work for homesnag.ie offers a snag list service. Prices and full service list are all available on our website.
I would also suggest you google the term "snag list" you will then see ads from various other companies / individuals offering snagging services.
The important thing is to make sure you shop around!
I heard of a guy, Les Howard in Dublin 15 who was great and not too expensive, let me know if you want his number, plus you will not have to pay him travel time !!!
