snag list - gorey area

It will cost you about €300-€500 depending on the size of the house.Your better of doing it yourself.If the builder is any good there would be hardly any major snags.

The finish on the house appears to be excellent and I printed off a snag list I found on line and we went through that. Suppose I am just afraid that we will miss something that will later come back to bite us.
 
i wouldnt recommend doing it yourself. We were shocked at how much we had missed eventhough we had printed out one too.
