Snag List Cork

Hi,

Apologies if answers for this are up on the forum already but I have searched and couldnt find any that suited my query. I am looking for someone who can do a good snag list in Cork city area. I would prefer to deal with a person rather than a snag list company. Any recommendations?

i'm building a house at the moment and also work dealing with houses etc and know alot of engineers but the one i used for myself is a Pat Cullinane in Bandon you can get his number under Architects and he is very precise will cost you bout €350 to do the snag another €150 if he needs to revisit but he is very precise and not afraid of builders, doesn't mind ruffling feathers to get a job well done. i've found him very good.
