Hi Folks,
Anyone know anything about this crowd? I've heard they look after Richmond Hall in Dublin 3 and as I'm moving in there shortly I'm just looking for some info on what they're like to deal with and what their management fees for RH are like. Have tried ringing them but not getting any answer....are they still on the go or a casualty of the recession?

From some of the horror stories on here they're not the worst.

I live in Dublin 15 and the services are generally very good and emails responded to quickly. Not so great on the phone, and useless after hours.

It depends hugely on who your property administrator is with them, some are good, some not so. They're better now than they used to be that's for sure!
