Smelly Oil-fired Boiler

We have an oil-fired central heating boiler in an outhouse. Seems to be letting a lot of fumes out in the shed which filter into the kitchen - probably not a good thing ! Had a plumber in the other day who charged 80 to redo the "cement" sealing the boiler to the chimney, better, but still not great. Anyone recommend a good boiler service company in South Dublin area, or any thoughts on what might need to be done ?

needs to be serviced by competent person

This week I Found extreemly sooty three months old boiler that had cobbled up two tanks of diesel because it was set up to burn kerosene.
