We're having a little petty dispute at the canteen at work, the woman who runs the canteen is an awful tightarse and when she's around the portions are small etc, she even charges for the butter packets which most off the staff there just throw out for free.

Thing is it says "Resale prohibited" on these packs, are they actually allowed sell them? Can i threaten her with the tax man the next time she tries to weasel 10cents out of me?

Why don't you ring up Kerrygold and in your best french accent and ask them why they have re-sale "pro-'ibited" on them?

If she has bought it it is hers to sell and sod what it says. If Kerrygold or any other producer produces a product and sells it without a contract then it is up to the new owner to dispose of it via any means they feel fit
