Small reduction in state pension payments

This month I notice that there is a small reduction of 7.69 euro in our State pension payments received each month which has been 436.60 euros monthly for quite some time. Just wondering why?
 
Are you living outside of Ireland? I ask because you mentioned receiving payment monthly (in Ireland, State Pension payments are paid weekly).
The most likely reasons are exchange rates (if applicable) or charges imposed by your bank.

There were no changes to payment rates of State Pension for 2015.

Is Local Property Tax deducted directly from your pension? Has there been an overpayment assessed by the Department, are deductions being made to recoup it?
Are you on a means-tested pension that has been reviewed?

You should contact the Department who can explain changes in your payment rate.
