Small Office near Dundrum

Hi, I am looking for an office with about 400sq/ft in or around Dundrum, Sandyford, Carrickmones area. Price sensitive, requirements are basic. I can see a few on Daft.ie, a couple on MyHome.ie, nothing on Property.ie. I nwas wondering if anyone knew of a website that might have more small offices to let.
