Small income - which lender?

I need a smallish mortgage as I hope to buy my partner out due to seperation. I only earn €13K at moment, though this prob will have to change i.e. prob have to increase income. My advisor reckons he can get me €85K with my existing lender, PTSB. He told me that many lenders wont even consider income below €20K. My main initial objective is to have approval on paper to show I can buy my partner out. I was advised to approach my boss to see if I can get my earnings up for a few weeks to strengthen my case.
I have approx €60K cash to put into buy out and the house is worth (due to be valued shortly) €300 - 320K. I may not even need €85K but nothing is agreed with solicitors yet.
Do you think any other lenders would consider me, is it worth shopping around and do you know who are the ones that would even entertain me?

If you don't want to go with your existing lender it might be worthwhile approaching a broker and shopping around.

The advantage of staying with your current lender is that they have a record of your credit history and you are an existing customer which should work in your favour.

Thanks, exactly what broker said. I am happy with PTSB, prob end up with better rate than I currently have. I need the most affordable option.
