Small Garden Ideas

Hi all,

We have a small garden to the back of our house with a granny flat at the end so not much space as you imagine. The area directly outside the back is a concrete path and then there is a concrete path leading to the granny flat as well.

Any innovative methods to cover the concrete without using a kango hammer to get rid of it? Main concern would be drainage if we were to try to cover it.

Thanks

There are more questions there than answers e.g. if granny flat exists why kill off the concrete path to it?

If the concrete path is above the level of the grass it could prove dangerous to have it hidden by grass growing across it.

If the concrete path is below the level of the grass then add some soil to the top of the path. Probably, you'll need to drill holes in the concrete for water drainage.

But, your garden is small, so there should be little problem in using a kango hammer drill. (I can't see another way).

Unfortunately the path is at the same level as the grass and to be a bit clearer on what I am looking for, I want to keep the path but I just don't like the concrete, would like to cover it with gravel but worried about drainage.
