Small black/charcoal grey rectangle wall tile

Hi guys, been looking for this tile for ages. Cannot find one anywhere. Its a small rectangle tile I am looking for. Has anyone got them or know where I can get some? Tried all the main tiles places but no joy.

Fired Earth shops do them but I don't know if they trade in ROI and you might have to try Norn-Irn
