Weighing up my options of investing at home or abroad (have one investment prop here doing fine but not sure of market going forward). Anyhow with the minefield that is investing abroad any thoughts from anyone on slovenia? I am looking at this as i ski there every year and know the place reasonably well. Upside is steady economy good infastructure good tourism market winter and summer. Possible downside perhaps already missed the boat on this one, property is priceier than other countries and not entirely confident of strong rental yield. Any thoughts?
