Skyscanner: an airline has availability but is no longer displayed

Have looked on Skyscanner FAQ page but can't find an answer to my query. When I was checking flights to Turkey for next spring, two airlines were displayed as having direct flights to my destination airport. When I revisited Skyscanner this week, one of the airlines is no longer listed although its own website shows plenty of availability. Does anyone know why this is?

Some airlines (notably Ryanair) do not like sites sites like skyscanner and as a result may be hiding info from skyscanner. Ryanairs opinion is that the customer should always go direct to their own website rather than any third party operation.
