I don't know why Belkin have made it so difficult for people to get information for getting this phone working. The phone ships with really old firmware (v 1.0.0.13 or something) and the suppliers here in Ireland don't seem to be aware of that. Plus, when you download the updated firmware from Belkin, it freezes the phone. So here is how to solve the problem.
1. Go this address and download version R20 first

2. Your phone will now connect to your wireless modem. If it says cannot connect to internet, wifi, blah blah, just ignore it and click okay. And log onto skype.
3. You can if want then download the latest firmware at [broken link removed]
