sky without a phone line

Is it possible to get Sky digital installed if the house doesn't have a phoneline?

Yes but only normal Sky no multi room or Sky + / HD

The other good news is that they charge you €37.50 for no phone line installs.

You can get normal sky if you pull back the curtins and just look out - you don't even need electricity!
No installation charge and no ongoing maintenance.
The Cloud Society has a great back catalogue and some of the star screenings have real staying power, unlike much of the throw away stuff on competing channels.
