Has anyone lost their signal with Sky today? Maybe the awful rain, hailstones, thunder and lightning are the reasons or has it just happended to us? Live in Dublin (northside).
it may be your box. try this, it might help
1) switch off the box at the plug
2) wait for 30 secs
3) plug back in, and leave in standby mode (red light on)
4) wait for a further 30 seconds, they turn on (press sky on the remote) wait for a few minutes, if it is the box, your sky should now be working.
