sky plus remote !! how do i open it

sorry if it seems a rediculous thing to ask but i cant for the life of me get it open ! my nails are almost bleeding from trying any help appreciated , i need to replace the batteries , thx in advance

With the remote pointing away from you and looking at the back of it, push the little catch away from you and the black part of the casing will seperate from the grey part.

As above but can be difficult to get it started if it's anyhting like my one.
