I got sky installed a few days ago in 2 rooms.
Downstairs it works fine.
However upstairs at times the screen would indicate that it could not pick up a satellite signal.
The connection into the tv point is loose and if you play with this you get a picture.
However the picture is in colur for 5 seconds and then goes black & white.
Does anyone know what this happens?
Also got my sky installer back out and he said the signal was shorting.
He took off the white plastic cover, played with it and said there was no need to change the loose connection.
Last night it was fine but tonight I have the picture but it turns Black & white after a few secs and stays this way.
I will call him tomorrow but was wondering if anyone has this issue before.
