Sky multiroom

This is probably a yes or no type question. I have multiroom and found at the weekend that pay per view events only appear on the box I ordered it through. Is this correct or is there something I'm missing. Of course I could call sky but I was wondering if there is anything I can do that they wont recommend.

Yes Sky will send to the box that ordered it as it uses the box code . The sending software sees your other box as a completely separate device as if it was another account in another house. Maybe they can manually override this if you ask them for a specific event
