sky movies problem

Hi,
the last 2 times I ordered a film on sky movies the picture goes to blue screen every 15 seconds or so. Sound is not a problem. Its very annoying and costing me money.

Has anyone had this problem or would you know if there is a irish customer service number?

I'll bet you have your Sky box feeding to your TV via a VCR? Copy protection in the signal will cause this. turn your VCR off, or feed the scart directly from the Sky box to your TV to resolve.

Thanks I will check that out. I never had a problem before but to be honest I don't know if the VCR was off all those other times.
