sky card problems

Hi all,got sky installed last friday with sky+ downstairs and usual sky box upstairs.Everything was going fine until sun when sky sports channels dissappeared upstairs even though i still have them on sky+ box downstairs.Keep getting the message that this is the wrong card for this box.Anyone know how to fix this?Tried ringing sky but spent 20 mins on the phone waiting for my call to be answered.

Limerickred, only 20 minutes waiting? Yesterday I spent one and a half hours waiting on the phone to Sky for a reply.
I hung up and fired off a stinking email to them.......still waiting on a reply, won't hold my breath.

Had a problem with sky last week. Complete opposite to you. The sky plus downstairs wouldnt work, ordinary upstairs would. After an hour of frustration the child like suggestion of switching box off at wall was followed. It worked. Might be worth a try
