Sky+:can you copy to DVD?

Hi all, I'm getting sky+ installed next week. The reason I'm getting this is to record tv and get multiroom. I was wondering is there anyway of getting programs off the sky+ box that you've recorded?? At the end of the day its only a harddrive its recording onto.!?

I don't think it is that easy. Apparently it is easier to copy from actual DVD hard disk recorders than form Sky + boxes.
I reckon there is a way but I have not yet discovered how.

CCOVICH, thanks for the link, dont have a DVD Recorder (yet) so was hoping there was a way of getting them off the harddrive and onto my iMAC.
