I would not worry too much at this stage. Most of the snow falls late Jan and early Feb. When I took up skiing I always dreamed of skiing at Christmas, but having lived in Switzerland for a few winters I would never book a ski holiday before the third week in Jan-when the season really kicks off. Andorra has a preffy good snow fall record as its the first mountain range that the storms coming in from the Atlantic bump into and the clouds are forced to rise and cool and then it snows-generally.
I am off to the Munster match this weekend and will ski or board on Sat and Monday-it will be the perfect weekend!
