Is there any web site where you can do comparision of different plans and options offered by the different mobile phone provider in Republic of Ireland in terms of cost and what the plans offer in terms of calls. txts, data etc

Bonkers doesn't seem to cover mobile phones

Not answering your question directly - I suggest O2 Freedom, 20 euro top-up a month.
* unlimited calls to all mobiles and landlines in Ireland 24x7.
* 10 euro of top-up is subtracted for the above.
* the remaining 10 euro can be used to buy data or text packs.
