Sims IUI Success rates / costs

Hello,

I am looking for some advice here. I am 38 going on 39 in a couple of months and currently in the process of consulting SIMS regarding treatment for IUI. I am wondering if anyone else on this site has been through the process and whether they were successful or not and what was their general view of the whole process ?
Do you also have an overall cost associated with the treatment - like hidden costs ?
Would Sims be the best place within the country for this type of treatment ? Also - can any of this be covered under the VHI Policy ?
