I attended their show in Raddisson at weekend

I'm quite interested in Off Plan purchase/sell on pre completion, which they suggest as investor route. Not done anything like this before.

Does anyone have any experience with these guys?, they appear to be Irish sub (Joint Venture - MD Karl Morris) of much larger group and weren't too pushy.

I'm imagining that pricing of properties offered (155K Euro for 2 bed/2 bath in Roquetas De Mar/Almeria) and ability to sell on b4 completion are key questions.

I would suggest that you read an awful lot of forum postings on the net about PP before you invest any money.
