Similar to toyota avensis

Hi, looking to change to a 2007 or 2006 1.6L Toyota Avensis but in 2 minds because of the high road tax. Basically, I am looking for a car that has the same back passenger seat size as the Toyoto Avensis, 1.4L engine is good enough, fuel efficient (very important), reliable an less that €10k. Will most probably drive it to the ground. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Why not check for cars online. You can always browse and find cars that suits your needs.

You should consider Skoda Octavia - very reliable, well built, good space, huge boot - well worth a look. The next one up - Skoda Superb is also a very nice car but bigger engines and mainly diesel as far as I know.
