A friend is considering buying a 2 bed house in Silken Park, City West. Anyone have any information on this estate and whether or not they are considered good value for money.
I looked at these and didn't buy - area a bit isolated i.e. no shop or anything within walking distance. Also not sure if area would be used as a race track for the local boy racers! I settled on newcastle instead and a much higher spec house.
