Signing off JA

Hi,

I'm hoping to sign off JA this week as I have been offered a few weeks work (and maybe longer). If I have to sign on again will I be assessed again or will I go back to JB? Also, I'm getting married in September so if I'm on JB is that just based on stamps/credits or will it make a difference if I'm married? We're currently not living together.

You will need 13 weeks work to requalify for JB so if you have that built up since 156 days JB payment, you will go back onto JB. You will have to notify SW of your change in marital status in Septemebr and if on JB, it won't affect your rate of payment as it's not means tested.
