Signing back on problem

Hello all,

I've been working in admin since october last and was told I would be put on the books and still havent to date. I am constantly getting paid late, ran up to 7 wks late payment before christmas. Recently my cheque bounced and I'm almost sure this wks will also which is for the last 2wks im owed. I had to fight for my 2wks they said they were only giving me one and I lost it. I've had enough basically.

So I've decided to just leave and then I'll have time to find a proper paying job and I know I wont be put on the book anytime soon and I think the company will go bust soon enough or eventually anyway. I don't know where I stand on signing back on now though. I doubt they will give me a letter for proof for work because as far as I know they are paying no bloody tax.

Ugh such a mess, I just want a bloody job that pays on time.:(

My advice, straight up, just tell SW the absoloute truth. You're cheques are bouncing and they have not put you on the books as promised and you cannot continue to work there with no income. Be straight up with them. You had no choice but to leave. Simple as!

Jaja is right. Certainly, you have 'just cause' to voluntarily leave your job, which is what Sw will test your claim on with regard to any disqualification.
