I obtained planning permission to build a house with a condition that I have 75m of unobstructed sightline on both sides of the entrance.
My solicitor says I need an easement to obtain this sightline off my neighbour on one side.
She was not very clear about how I go about obtaining the easement - I actually wish I hadn't used her at all.
Can someone tell me if ther is a standard document that I should ask my neighbour to sign. Can they ask me for money to give me the easement? Also the entrance I am using was the previous agricultural entrance to the field, so can I argue that I don't need an easement at all since this entrance has been used for years by the farmer?
