Hi everyone....just a quick question...
We bought a house in Castleknock in 1997 on corner site. The house is a 4 bed semi-detached. From looking at the side space, I think we could comfortably fit a 2 bed detached (3 bed if attic converted). Does anyone have any experience of trying to obtain planning permission for a corner site and, if so, how finicky is the co. council. I would think that as the Government seems to be looking at high-density estates, my chances of getting permission would be much better.
Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
