Hi,
I have an employee that's out on sick leave. I'm paying the employee while they are on sick leave and they are giving me their sick benefit benefit.
I am using a package called bright pay and as per there site I am selecting the days that the employee is out sick in the calender and processing the payslips and p35 payment for ROS in the normal way.
Is there anything else I need to do? I read somewhere that the prsi payment is supposed to be adjusted in line wit the benefit. Is the software already doing this for me?
