probably a tight call in your case as switching costs might eat up any potential savings. e.g. any 2% cash-back offers would only get you around 1600 euro, which is not much more than the legal costs. However, shaving off half a percent or one percent of the interested rate would give your a few hundred quid saving per year.
I'd say stick the numbers into one of the mortgage calculators and see how much you could save.
