Is there scope to invest further? Should i wait for increase in equity via capital appreciation before investing again? What would you advise as a cut off percentage for loans to property value? 80pc??

M markowitzman Registered User Messages 936 17 Jan 2006 #2 do not overallocate your assets to property. Do you have pension and other investments? Have you considered diversification into equities? Have you thought of your total asset allocation and percentages therein?
